AtacamaStargazing will immediately refund the amount paid to customers who have purchased directly. In the case of reservations made through an external travel or tourism agency, we will send an email at the end of the day to the agency informing them of the cancellation. The refund period will depend on the client's banking entity and/or the agency through which they contracted the service.
Last-minute cancellation: When cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance.
Being under the influence of alcohol or other drugs: The consumption of alcohol and other drugs can pose a risk to the safety and welfare of the passengers and the driver. Therefore, we do not allow anyone who is under its effects to participate in our tours.
Smoking tobacco or any other species: Smoking on the tours can be bothersome to other passengers. Tobacco smoke can be unpleasant for some people, especially those with respiratory problems or allergies. The smell of tobacco can also be persistent, which can make it difficult to enjoy the tour.
Leaving trash in the van, on the road, or anywhere the tour operates: This degrades the quality of the tour and the experience of all passengers, in addition to being disrespectful to the environment.
Yelling or demonstrating hostile attitudes, verbal or physical towards any person during the tour: This attitude poses a risk to the safety and welfare of the passengers and the driver. This will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
In case of coming with children and allowing them to disturb or bother other participants: We understand that children are children, but we all deserve to enjoy the tour. If your child is causing annoyance, please take them apart from the group until they can calm down, otherwise they will have to return to the Van during the rest of the tour.
